It’s been about two months since joined the
gym. Was a great idea doing it and should have much earlier.
Never considered myself the type of person that would like going to the gym, but now getting regularly am really enjoying it.
Have started to notice getting a lot fitter, so must be paying off… Lost about 8kg as well...
With getting fitter, am now going 4-5 times a week, have started going along to the
Body Combat class 3 times a week, every
Sat, Sun, Mon. Been a great class to get into, lots of fun and good excise.
Found a couple of good clips on youtube that should what a bit of what a class is like. A Polish instructor I think…

Have a seen a couple of references online to Body Combat 10-hour and 24-hours challenges as a charity fund raisers. Might have to suggest that locally as an idea…
Along with the Body Combat classes, have a Personal Trainer once a week, which is a great help with getting workout techniques right and ensure I’m pushing myself a bit.
