Setting off mid morning the next day, was a four hour hike through the rice terraces, with a easy trail making its way up & down the hills and along the terraces to the next village.

The only issue, being monsoon season, was the rain started an hour in making for three hours in torrential rain. Monsoon rain is quite warm, so it wasn't as bad as it sounds. Was impressed by my Inov8 boots, they managed to keep my feet dry for the first three hours, but even they had limits in the torrential rain...

Aside from the rain, was an amazing view of rice terraces that have been tended to for hundreds of years and a pleasant walk.

Wednesday was on to Yangahun. Clearly they get a lot of tourists with the streets around the hotel line with shops and stalls selling their wears. 

Giant rocks come it the ground in the area, a bit like the rocks out of the water in Halong bay, but on land.
Today got to see more of this unusual scenery as spent the morning on a bike tour around the outside of the town..

This evening, a King Fu lesson...
